1. Our agreement
FORFANS and this website are operated by TurboDuck LLC. These Terms govern your use of our app, website and related services. By using them, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
If you use FORFANS for a company or brand, you must have authority to act for that organization. References to you include that organization where appropriate.
2. Who can use FORFANS
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, use FORFANS with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. You must also satisfy any higher minimum age required by applicable law.
Provide accurate account information and use the service lawfully. Do not impersonate a creator, business or another person.
3. Your account
The app uses Sign in with Apple. Creating a FORFANS profile requires a nickname and a profile photo; an account email and company or brand name are optional. You are responsible for protecting your Apple Account and the devices you use to access FORFANS. Contact us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
You can edit your profile, sign out or initiate account deletion in the app's Account area. Deletion requires confirmation and verification with Apple. Signing out does not delete your account.
4. Creator discovery and proposals
FORFANS helps you explore creator profiles, open their social platform links, build a shortlist and organize collaboration proposals. Creator information and audience figures are directory snapshots and may change. A profile's presence does not establish that the creator has joined FORFANS, has endorsed the service or is available for a collaboration.
The current release stores proposals and outbound messages in your account. Creator delivery and incoming replies are not available in this release. An Awaiting reply label is not proof of delivery, receipt or acceptance. FORFANS does not guarantee a response, a collaboration or a particular result.
The current release does not process collaboration payments or provide subscriptions. Any agreement you make with a creator is your responsibility, including checking identities, authority, deliverables, rights and applicable advertising requirements.
5. Responsible use
Do not use FORFANS for harassment, discrimination, threats, impersonation, scams, spam, unlawful activity or material that infringes another person's rights. Do not share passwords, authentication codes, financial credentials or private information that you are not entitled to share.
Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, introduce malicious software or collect information from the service through unauthorized automated means. You can report or block a creator in the app. Blocking limits what you see in FORFANS; it does not block contact on external platforms.
6. Content and intellectual property
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give TurboDuck LLC the limited permission necessary to store, process and display that content to provide and maintain FORFANS, handle your requests and protect the service. You must have the rights and permissions needed for the photos, messages and other content you submit.
FORFANS branding, software and original website content belong to TurboDuck LLC or its licensors. Creator names, images and third-party platform marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply affiliation or endorsement. Send content ownership or correction concerns to turboduck@foxmail.com with enough detail to identify the material.
7. External services
Creator platform links, Sign in with Apple and the App Store involve services operated by third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We do not control their content, availability or security. Check the destination and identity before sharing information or making a commitment.
8. Availability and limits
We may update features, correct information or interrupt access for maintenance and security. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TurboDuck LLC is not responsible for indirect losses or losses resulting from a third party's conduct, inaccurate creator information or a collaboration arrangement made outside the service. These Terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit your mandatory consumer rights.
9. Ending access and changes to these Terms
You may stop using FORFANS at any time and delete your account in the app. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements. Account deletion and retention are explained in the Privacy Policy.
We may revise these Terms as the service changes. The updated date will appear on this page. Where the law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it. Changes do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.
