Verify the person and the opportunity
Open the creator's linked platform profile and compare the handle, content and contact details. A directory profile or follower count does not verify identity, availability or willingness to collaborate. Confirm that the person you speak with has authority to represent the creator or brand.
Keep credentials and payments private
Never share your Apple Account password, verification codes, bank login or recovery information. Sign in only through Apple's system authorization flow. FORFANS does not ask for your Apple password in a message or support email.
Do not make off-platform payments in response to a FORFANS message or a claim of urgency. FORFANS does not process collaboration payments or hold money for creators. Requests for gift cards, cryptocurrency, a release fee or a payment to verify your account are warning signs.
Put collaboration expectations in writing
Independently confirm deliverables, schedule, usage rights, cancellation conditions and disclosure requirements before making a commitment. A proposal in FORFANS is not a signed contract or a confirmation of acceptance. In the current release, stored outbound proposals and messages are not delivered to creators.
Report, block and keep useful evidence
Use Report for impersonation, spam or scam concerns, inappropriate content or other issues. Use Block to hide a creator from your FORFANS discovery, saved list and messages. You can manage blocked creators in Account. These tools do not prevent contact on another platform.
For urgent account or safety concerns, email turboduck@foxmail.com with the relevant profile link or user ID and a clear description. Do not send passwords or verification codes. Preserve useful evidence without sharing more personal information than necessary. If someone faces immediate danger or a crime is in progress, contact local emergency services or the appropriate authorities. FORFANS is not an emergency service.
If you are under the age of legal majority
Ask a parent or guardian to help evaluate opportunities, communications and contracts. Do not arrange a private meeting or share your home address with someone you know only online. FORFANS is available only to people aged 13 and older.
